WIRE GALVANIZING

FRICO POWDER

 

OFENBAU FRITZ has developed its FRICO-powder (= “Fritz & Co.”) to avoid the oxidation of the zinc below the heating cover of the galvanizing furnace. Without the protective layer of the FRICO-powder, a frequent cleaning of zinc ashes is necessary.

The FRICO-powder not only avoids this oxidation for up to 5-6 months, but its properties also improve the heat transmission from the heating cover to the zinc bath.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 IMMERSION BRICKS (SINKER)

 

Our ceramic sinkers (for immersion of the wires in the zinc or lead) are manufactured in a special process to obtain a long duration in service.
